Since 1956, the Association has sponsored an annual training conference to focus on professional training and consumer needs.  During this conference, NCRA awards are presented to deserving individuals and/or organizations in seven (7) categories.  These categories include

*Personal Achievement Award

*Professional Achievement Award *

*NCRA Meritorious Service Award

*Employer of the Year of Persons with Disabilities (2 awards)

*NCRA Outstanding Achievement Award

*The Claude A. Myer Leadership Award

These awards are presented only in years when outstanding candidates are properly nominated.  Nominations will be accepted only from current NCRA members.
