TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME

I would like to thank everyone who participated and attended the NCRA Chapter IV social and Kinston Indians baseball game. It was a huge success! We had about 40 people (VR staff & friends) to come out. It was great to see everyone and we had a great time! With your help, Chapter IV met their goal, selling all 1,000 raffle tickets and netted almost $900 for Chapter IV.

3^rd place ($50): Carol Rados, Washington

2^nd place ($100): Carl Thompson, Wilmington

1^st place (Kayak): Sherry Perkins, Goldsboro

All winners were excited to hear the good news and happy about their takings!!!

Again, thank you to the Chapter IV board, those who helped get the event together, and most of all, those who participated in buying tickets and came to the game!!

Last but certainly not least thank you and congratulations to the unit offices who sold the most tickets. The Greenville Unit (ticket sales of 60 & over), sold 198 tickets and the Wilson Unit (ticket sales of 60 & under), sold 60. The offices were awarded Food Lion gift cards.
