The 2010 C. Odell Tyndall Legislative
Breakfast was a huge success with participation from State Legislators, Consumers, and NCRA members.
The year’s legislative award was presented to Representative Verla Insko for her dedication and
commitment to persons with disabilities, particularly those with mental health and substance abuse disabilities.
